Parent training & packages

This this wellness package is a comprehensive support plan to provide parent help. It creates a specific routine to put in place. You will have the guidance from a therapist who knows you and your family and can make specific charts, organizers, and timelines for the whole family. This will be implemented in a well-thought-out way and you will have regular check-ins to support you in using the new skills you will learn. We will also provide coaching on cognitive and behavioral skills for your child. Adjustments to the plan will be made as the therapist sees how your family is responding to the new routine. 

We will work with you to come up with a comprehensive support plan to help you regain control and create a harmonious balance in your household. Whether you're struggling with time management, maintaining healthy habits, or simply finding time for leisure activities, our experienced team is here to assist you every step of the way. You pick the areas you want to work on and we devise a plan. We help by providing several meetings the first month to get you into an established routine. Then we follow up with check-ins by phone, online, or email (your preferences). This program covers 3 months of time to make sure you have a well-established new pattern for your life.
