Unlike some of the larger companies, we offer a variety of appointment types to match your needs. This is discussed between you and your therapist. We do not require subscriptions. Your plan of treatment is made with your therapist and customized to you.

In Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) there are four core skill areas we focus on. Sessions with the therapist will focus on teaching these skills.

CBT is a structured talk therapy focused on teaching new skills. This therapy looks at your thoughts and behaviors and the connections between them. Our therapists help clients to identify negative thought patterns and learn new strategies for problems they are experiencing.

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is an evidenced based treatment that helps clients to accept their thoughts and feelings while committing to living according to their values. This treatment uses mindfulness and staying present in the moment.
