Our goal is to empower clients of all ages to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

We believe in taking a client-centered approach to counseling, where we work collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment.Our holistic approach includes interventions that connect clients with their mind and body. We offer Telehealth services but do meet our clients for outdoor sessions if desired.

Our team of experienced counselors are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and well-being. They use evidenced based techniques in their work with clients. Therapies may include CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and behavior management.
